What is your feedback policy?
We do not have a feedback policy because we do not believe in negative feedback. If you have a problem with someone, let us know so that we can resolve it. The user that is found to be in the wrong simply gets removed. There are no second chances. You can leave someone a nice comment to encourage others to buy or sell to them. If you need feedback to base your decision to transact, you can ask the seller or buyer to let you have their auction id if not already posted. Most people already have those.
Do you collect payments for sellers?
No, each seller is responsible for collecting their own payment services. We are scouting for a system though and may have that option in the near future.
How can I delete my account?
If you are aboslutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so
here. Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable! Please note, this will not cancel premium service subscriptions. Those need to be canceled manually by you or the administrator inside the billing service site.
How can I update my profile?
To update your profile, you must visit the
Edit Profile page. You can move through the different parts of your profile by clicking the tabs at the top of the page. If you are a standard user, you may not have the option to customize your css style or html your profile.
I'm getting an error when I...
If you are getting an error box saying cannot connect to internet explorer, check your pop-up settings, or right click on the link and select open.
I paid for something and it was not received.
We are not responsible for loss of funds but we do have the power to remove anyone who is not playing fair. Contact us. We will hear both sides of the story. Sellers must meet the requirement of pleasing their buyer. Sellers are not required to but, should defend themselves with post office insurance receipts and any other measure they can take to ensure the buyer will receive their goods.
If we find that a sellers is not responding to our emails, or is not trying to fix their issue, they will be removed and banned from our system.
I'm getting an error when trying to upload pictures or...
When uploading pictures, make sure that you are not exceeding your picture size bandwidth. If you are trying to upload an image file extension that is not supported, let us know so we can adjust it for you. If you have too much content uploaded and are exceeding your bandwidth, you can upgrade your account or remove old content to make room for the new. If this does not answer your question, send us an email and we will be more than happy to help.
How do I get a Premium Account?
First of all, just send a message to admin@naughtysellers.com. You will receive an invoice that will automatically re-bill you every month at the rate of your choice.
How do I cancel my Premium Service?
Send a message to admin@naughtysellers.com and request a cancellation. You will loose data that you have uploaded using the premium services.
How do I enter the next contest?
You will see a message on the homepage as to what the theme is and what the prize is. There are picture deadlines so make sure you check back often. If you have any questions or new contest ideas, just let us know.
How do I advertise on the site and what are the rates?
Advertising on the site is very simple. Banners are 15.00 per month for the top banners and 10.00 for the bottom banners. If you have "Naughtiest" status, you get a free banner. Naughty status and other services can be found on the "Services" tab on the homepage. Side links will no longer be available due to the structure of the site. We may bring them back later.
I want to be a Featured Seller. How do I do that?
Featured sellers are backed by our satisfaction guarantee for buyers who transact with sellers. You have to have the "Naughtier" or "Naughtiest" status to get linked there. Check out the "Services" tab on the homepage to view more details.Note: "Naughtiest" status will have priority spots on the Featured page.
